Designing and building a new home is exciting, and it’s a journey we’ll make together. ROC Homes offers a variety of home packages that eliminate the time, stress and financial burden of building. The two main categories being the Home and Land package, or the Turn Key option:

• Home and Land package: A section + house plan combination where you will find a range of packages available to suit your family, budget and lifestyle, with a range of finance options available.
• Turn Key: An all-inclusive package that enables you to move in upon payment of a minimum 5% deposit.
